Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful dinner you put on in our house last month. Our friends George and Lesley and Rick and I really enjoyed everything that you prepared.  I am sure that you will be hearing from us again soon.  It was such a pleasure to have you prepare dinner for us and the food was to die for.
